Hanna Falk: She can win the overall World Cup

Radiosporten’s cross-country skiing expert Hanna Falk says Moa Ilar has a real chance to win the overall Cross‑Country World Cup this season.
Falk argues that if Ilar continues to race at the level she has shown so far, it could be enough to take her all the way to the crystal globe. Heading into the Tour de Ski, Ilar sits second in the overall standings, 14 points behind American Jessie Diggins.
A Swedish woman has never won the overall World Cup title in cross‑country skiing, which makes Ilar’s position particularly notable ahead of the multi‑stage Tour de Ski block that often proves decisive for the season standings.
