The American Jessie Diggins has won the overall classification of the Tour de Ski for the third time in her career after the final stage in Val di Fiemme (Italy), a stage won on Sunday by Norway’s Karoline Simpson‑Larsen.
Diggins, 34, entered the last stage with a comfortable lead of 1'19" on her rivals and increased that advantage by nearly another minute, finishing the Tour with a margin of 2'17". She managed the Italian climb with control and crossed the line second behind Simpson‑Larsen, who launched a solo move 800 metres from the top.
Jessie Diggins is crowned for the third time after her overall victories in 2021 and 2024; only Poland’s Justyna Kowalczyk and Norway’s Therese Johaug have more Tour de Ski titles, with four each.
Karoline Simpson‑Larsen claimed the stage victory — the second of her career — with compatriot Heidi Weng completing the podium in Val di Fiemme. Austria’s Teresa Stadlober finished fourth on the day and takes second place in the overall Tour standings.
In the French squad, Léonie Perry was 21st on the stage and is the best‑placed Frenchwoman in the final general standings (27th).
