
Korhonen claims PCR win in Chaux‑Neuve

The Women’s FIS Nordic Combined Summer Grand Prix continued in Chaux‑Neuve, France, with the Provisional Competition Round (PCR) on the HS118 hill “La Côté Feuillée.” Eighteen athletes from eight nations completed two training jumps followed by the official round in clear conditions.
Finland’s Minja Korhonen delivered the top performance, flying 108 meters for 104.4 points to win the PCR. Germany’s Maria Gerboth jumped 104 meters to take second with 100.3 points, and overall Grand Prix leader Nathalie Armbruster (GER) landed at 107 meters for 99.5 points and third place. The home crowd celebrated France’s Romane Baud, who produced the second‑longest distance of the day at 107.5 meters, finishing fourth with 97.5 points.
The Women’s Individual Gundersen competition is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:45 CET. The Men’s PCR was cancelled due to difficult wind conditions.
