The Austrian Nordic combined team faced disappointment once again at the World Cup in Ramsau, finishing without any podium spots. Stefan Rettenegger was the top performer for the ÖSV team, finishing in fifth place, trailing third-placed Julian Schmid of Germany by almost 15 seconds.

The victory was claimed by German athlete Vinzenz Geiger, marking his fifth win in the region.

After the ski jumping event, an ÖSV quartet including Martin Fritz, Stefan and Thomas Rettenegger, along with Franz-Josef Rehrl, set off on the 10-km course behind leader Ryota Yamamoto of Japan. Despite starting in 16th place after the jumping event, Johannes Lamparter ended up just shy of the top ten, finishing ninth, with Rehrl succeeding in taking the tenth spot. Thomas Rettenegger placed twelfth, while Lukas Greiderer secured the 15th position. Unfortunately, first-half leader Yamamoto fell to 20th place.

In the women's race, victory was awarded to Norway's Ida Marie Hagen. The Austrian women's team struggled due to last-minute illnesses affecting key athletes, resulting in Claudia Purker finishing in 22nd. Top athlete Lisa Hirner was unable to compete, and Annalena Slamik fell ill shortly after her.
