The Slovenian Domen Prevc won the 2025–2026 edition of the Four Hills Tournament on Tuesday, even though he was beaten by Austria's Daniel Tschofenig on the final stage in Bischofshofen.

Thanks to a strong first round in Bischofshofen, Prevc secured the overall Four Hills victory. He owed his final win to two excellent earlier events, in Oberstdorf (Germany) and Garmisch‑Partenkirchen (Germany). He succeeds Daniel Tschofenig in the roll of honour of this prestigious competition.

After being beaten by Ren Nikaido in Innsbruck (Austria) on Sunday, the Slovenian bounced back in the first round in Bischofshofen with a 138‑metre jump, but he slightly erred on his second jump (138.5 m) which allowed Tschofenig to win the last stage in Bischofshofen just ahead of him. The Austrian, a little below on his first jump (137 m), produced the best second jump (140.5 m). He finished 4.1 points ahead of Prevc on the day, while the Japanese Ryoyu completed the day's podium at 4.3 points.

Valentin Foubert finishes on a high note

Frenchman Valentin Foubert ended on a positive note in Bischofshofen, in 21st place, with jumps of 127 m and 128 m in the second round. With a total of 254.6 points, it is his best placing in the Four Hills Tournament. After a disappointment and an early exit in the first round at Oberstdorf, the Frenchman had finished 27th at both Garmisch‑Partenkirchen and Innsbruck.
