Domen Prevc produced another dominant display to win the second event of the Four Hills Tournament on Thursday in Garmisch‑Partenkirchen, Germany.
The 26‑year‑old Slovenian, who had already taken victory in the opening competition at Oberstdorf, recorded two strong jumps of 143 m and 141 m to finish 15.4 points clear of runner‑up Jan Hörl. Austria's Stephan Embacher completed the podium. Frenchman Valentin Foubert finished 27th and could not challenge for a top‑10 placing.
With the Winter Olympics in Milan‑Cortina just weeks away, Prevc has established himself as the discipline's benchmark. He now leads the World Cup by a huge margin — 314 points ahead of second‑placed Ryoyu Kobayashi of Japan — and looks on course for the overall title, a decade after his brother Peter's triumph.
