Poland has announced its team for the Ski Jumping World Cup stop in Wisła, with head coach Maciej Maciusiak confirming the host nation will use its full domestic quota of 10 starters.

Men selected: Kamil Stoch, Paweł Tomasiak, Dawid Kubacki, Paweł Wąsek, Piotr Żyła, Aleksander Zniszczoł, Maciej Kot, Adam Niżnik, Jakub Wolny and Klemens Joniak. Joniak, a 20‑year‑old from Zakopane, will make his World Cup debut after competing in the Continental Cup and FIS Cup. He is a two‑time Junior World Championships team medalist and last year’s surprising Polish summer champion.

Women selected: Pola Bełtowska, Anna Twardosz and Nicole Konderla‑Juroszek.

Maciusiak had already indicated to TVP Sport that Poland would take advantage of the full host quota in Wisła; as a consequence, only six Polish athletes will be able to start a month later in Zakopane.

Organizers also flagged an unusual scheduling change for Sunday’s event in Wisła Malinka: a 40‑minute break will separate the rounds. According to organizing committee chief Andrzej Wąsowicz, this is not in line with the regulations but was reportedly negotiated and approved at FIS level.

Schedule in Wisła: - Friday, 5 December: official training (17:45), qualification (20:15) - Saturday, 6 December: trial round (13:45), individual competition (14:45) - Sunday, 7 December: qualification (12:55), individual competition (14:25)
