The Summer Grand Prix in Hinzenbach reached its decisive phase over the weekend. On Saturday, Kamil Stoch fought for the top spots and finished fourth, his best-ever result on this hill, while Dawid Kubacki and Piotr Żyła placed in the second ten.

At halftime of Sunday’s event, Żyła (87.5 m) led the Poles in eighth, just ahead of Paweł Wąsek (88.5 m). Dawid Kubacki was 13th (85 m), and Kamil Stoch sat 16th (84.5 m). Unlike Saturday, Maciej Kot (26th, 82 m) and Aleksander Zniszczoł (30th, 78 m) also advanced to the second series. The first round was led by Jan Hoerl (93 m), followed by Stefan Kraft (90 m) and Ryoyu Kobayashi (88.5 m).

Zniszczoł opened round two with a clear improvement to 85.5 m, moving up three places. Kot also advanced three spots after an 88.5 m jump. Kubacki managed 87 m but slipped to 16th overall.

Stoch delivered the standout moment for Poland, flying 93 m with excellent style—the joint-longest distance of the first round—which propelled him several positions up to ninth, the best Polish result on the day. Żyła finished 11th (85.5 m) and Wąsek 16th (86 m).

At the front, Jan Hoerl held his lead to win. The podium was completed by Daniel Tschofenig and Ryoyu Kobayashi.
