The suspended Norwegian coaching staff, involved in a scandal regarding manipulation of suits during the World Championships in Trondheim, has reportedly received offers of employment from foreign teams. This information was revealed by the suspended ski jumper Robin Pedersen in an interview.
On April 26, 2025, Robin mentioned that Magnus Brevig, the head coach of Norway, his assistant Thomas Lobben, and tailor Adrian Livelten are now in demand by foreign national teams and have received job offers from countries that previously criticized Norway harshly during the Trondheim event.
"Other credible sources have confirmed this information, indicating that it is of mutual interest for these individuals, especially since it is likely they will be released from our national skiing federation. Brevig has been with Alexander Stoeckl as an assistant for 13 years and has a long-standing strong reputation internationally," reported Dagbladet on Friday.
Furthermore, it is pointed out that Austria has exhibited a particular interest in Brevig, amplifying the drama surrounding this unfolding situation.
