Urgent TVP announcement about broadcasting ski jumping in Poland

Polish public broadcaster Telewizja Polska (TVP) has announced it will broadcast the men’s Ski Jumping World Cup competitions taking place in Poland for the next five seasons. According to an official statement from the Polish Ski Association (PZN), the agreement applies to the 2025/26 season and four additional seasons: 2026/27, 2027/28, 2028/29, and 2029/30.
Beyond the men’s events, the deal includes coverage on TVP of the women’s Ski Jumping World Cup competitions in Poland, the Summer Grand Prix, the Polish National Championships, and the Alpine Snowboard World Cup. This follows several years in which TVN/Eurosport has held the nationwide rights to broadcast all World Cup competitions since 2021/22. While TVN/Eurosport will continue to show the events, TVP will now have the rights to air the World Cup rounds hosted in Poland.
The first events under the agreement are set for Wisła on December 4–7, featuring two individual competitions for both women and men. In Zakopane, on the weekend of January 10–11, a duos competition and an individual event are scheduled. Viewers in Poland will therefore be able to watch these Polish-hosted World Cup rounds on both TVP and TVN/Eurosport.
