The world’s best male and female ski jumpers gather in Wisła (POL) for four consecutive days of FIS World Cup competition from 4–7 December.

Men’s preview - World Cup leader Anže Lanišek (SLO) arrives in top form after two wins and a second place from the first five events of the 2025/26 season. He has history on the Wisła hill, having taken his first World Cup podium there in 2019 (2nd behind Daniel-André Tande). Slovenia has yet to win an individual World Cup in Wisła; Lanišek has twice finished runner‑up (2019, 2022) and aims to convert this time. - Overall standings advantage: Lanišek leads by 86 points over teammate Domen Prevc, with Ryoyu Kobayashi (JPN) third and reigning Crystal Globe holder Daniel Tschofenig (AUT)—winner of the season’s opener—in fourth. Jan Hörl (AUT), who claimed his first career individual World Cup win in Wisła in 2021, is also among the podium contenders. Stefan Kraft (AUT) will miss the Polish stop. - Recent Wisła winners: Daniel Tschofenig (AUT) and Pius Paschke (GER) each won last year on the hill. Host nation Poland fields first‑season World Cup athlete Kacper Tomasiak alongside veterans Piotr Żyła and Aleksander Zniszczol. Japan’s Ren Nikaido comes in after securing his first individual World Cup podium last weekend.

Women’s preview - This is only the second women’s World Cup weekend ever in Wisła—and the first on snow in Poland after previous hybrid events (ice track with plastic landing). Reigning Crystal Globe champion Nika Prevc (SLO) targets another win after triumphing last weekend, but she faces in‑form Nozomi Maruyama (JPN), who opened the season with three straight victories and finished just behind Prevc in Falun’s second event. - Overall: Maruyama leads the women’s standings with 380 points, 124 ahead of Prevc; Austria’s Lisa Eder holds third.
